Mel's L's Driving School

Hello, I’m Mel, a fun, friendly and highly qualified driving instructor registered with the DVSA. I previously franchised but am now fully independent.

 

I’m really passionate about my role as a driving instructor and the impact it can have on people’s lives. Having a driving licence opens up so many opportunities- for travel, freedom, employment, the list is endless.

 

My focus is always about teaching you a life skill. Passing your test quickly is of course important, but developing your driving skills in a safe, competent, calm and confident manner as we progress will serve you well beyond the test and set you up for a safe motoring future.

 

As an experienced instructor, I recognise the fact that everyone learns differently and ensure I plan and tailor every lesson to suit your needs using a variety of techniques. I also understand that embarking on driving lessons can be nerve wracking for some, so patience and understanding is always at the forefront of my approach.

 

We'll work together to fit lessons around your commitments as well as ensure you progress at a pace that you’re comfortable with.
